You can contact Wisemore by WhatsApp, phone or email, or send us a request using the form on this page. Whether you have a question about a service, want to book a consultation or are ready to start your application, tell us a little about your plans and we will get back to you.
Which way to contact us
WhatsApp and phone are convenient for a quick question. Email suits longer messages, for example when you want to send a list of universities or describe your situation in detail. The form on this page is the simplest option if you would like us to contact you: leave your name, email and phone number, and we will get back to you.
What happens next
We reply to your message, ask any questions we need to understand your plans and suggest the service or package that fits. If you decide to go ahead, we confirm the price and the timeline before you pay, based on your university deadlines. You can pay by card through a payment link, or by bank transfer, and all prices are in euros.
Languages
Consultations and written communication are in English or Russian. You are welcome to write in either language.
What to include in your first message
A few details help us understand what you need straight away:
- the country or countries where you would like to study, for example the UK, the Netherlands, Germany or Spain;
- the level of study: school, bachelor’s or master’s;
- when you would like to start;
- any application deadlines you already know about;
- the service you are interested in, or simply the stage you are at.
If you are not sure which service you need, say so. An online expert consultation is a good way to work out the next steps.
Before you get in touch
- See every service, grouped by stage, on our services page.
