This page explains how Wisemore works with students, from the first message to the end of a service: the steps, what you do and what we do, and how prices, timelines and payment are agreed. We help students applying to schools and universities in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and other countries, and the process is the same whichever service you choose.
The steps
1. You get in touch
Leave your details in the form on this page and we will contact you, or message us on WhatsApp or by email (all contacts are on the contact page). Tell us where you would like to study, at what level, when you want to start and what kind of help you are looking for. If you are not sure yet, that is fine.
2. We find the right service together
Some students already know they need a specific service, such as help choosing a university or Personal Statement feedback. Others want to talk it through first. For that, we offer a one-to-one online expert consultation which ends with an action plan. It costs €50 per session.
If you need help with several stages, consider a package: packages cost less than ordering the same services separately. You can compare them on our pricing page.
3. We confirm the price and the timeline before you pay
All our prices are fixed and published on the website. Two services, application completion and Personal Statement help, have a “from” price; for these, we confirm the exact price before you pay. We do not promise standard turnaround times. Instead, we confirm the timeline before you pay, based on your university deadlines.
4. You pay
You can pay by card through a payment link, or by bank transfer. All prices are in euros. Cancellation and refund terms are in the FAQ on our pricing page. Services are provided by MARYADI LIMITED (trading as Maryadi Group), company number 08655097; Wisemore is a Maryadi Group brand.
5. We do the work, with you
Each service has a published list of what it includes, on its own page and on our services page. We work through that list with you, keep you informed and answer your questions along the way.
6. You make the final decisions
You choose where to apply, what goes into your application and what you send. Admission decisions are made by the universities, and we cannot guarantee an offer. Our aim is to help you send an application that is complete and accurate.
