Our document check for university applications helps you find out exactly which documents your application needs and whether the ones you already have are in order. We review the documents you provide against the requirements, give you a complete list of the documents required in your case and advise you on any problems or gaps. If you would rather not collect everything on your own, we also offer help with gathering documents, from the first certificate to a final check before submission.

This service suits you if you have already collected most of your documents and want a careful second check before you apply. It helps you avoid problems caused by errors in your documents and saves you the time of researching and checking every requirement yourself.

Help with gathering documents

What’s included:

• Comprehensive help with gathering all the documents you need for your application.
• Preparing and completing paperwork under expert guidance.
• Support at every stage of obtaining documents, if required.
• A final check to confirm your documents are ready for submission.

This service suits you if you are starting from the beginning or if your documents come from several places. You get full support from start to finish, a lower risk of errors and delays, and more time for everything else.

How it works

1. Tell us where you are applying. Send us the institutions and courses you have chosen and the documents you already have.
2. We confirm the timeline. Both services have fixed, published prices. We confirm the timeline before you pay, based on your university deadlines.
3. You pay. By card through a payment link, or by bank transfer. All prices are in euros.
4. Checklist and review. We prepare the list of documents required in your case and review what you have sent against the requirements.
5. Gathering and final check, if you ordered help with gathering. We help you prepare and complete the paperwork, support you while you obtain the documents that are missing and finish with a final check that your documents are ready for submission.

What you do, and what we do

You provide your documents and the information we need. We study the requirements, prepare your checklist, review each document and guide you through the paperwork. The decision on your application is made by the institution; our job is to help you send documents that are complete and correctly prepared.

Documents that need translating

If some of your documents are not in English, we can translate them as a separate service, for €10 per page.

The translation is not notarised and is not a certified translation. If a university or consulate requires a certified translation, we will tell you where to get one.

Packages that include document help

Both document services are part of all three packages:

• Simple, €499: help choosing an institution, document review and document checklist, help with gathering documents, and application completion. It saves you €101 compared with ordering these services separately.
• Standard, €699: everything in Simple, plus translation into English without certification (10 pages), Personal Statement help, a one-hour expert consultation and accommodation search.
• Extended, €1299: our most complete package, with everything in Standard and more.
