Different countries, different systems

How you apply depends on the country and the institution. In the UK, applications for full-time undergraduate courses are usually made through UCAS. In the Netherlands, for most programmes you first register through Studielink. In Germany, uni-assist evaluates applications from international students for many universities, while other universities handle applications themselves. In Spain, procedures depend on the region and the university.

Whichever route your institution uses, we start from its requirements, so the application matches what that institution asks for.

How it works

1. Tell us where you are applying. Send us the institutions and courses you have chosen, or book an expert consultation first if you are still deciding.
2. We confirm the price and the timeline. We confirm the exact price before you pay, and we confirm the timeline before you pay, based on your university deadlines.
3. You pay. By card through a payment link, or by bank transfer. All prices are in euros.
4. Requirements and information. We go through the institution’s requirements with you and collect the information the application needs.
5. Completion and check. We complete the application and check it for errors and inconsistencies. You review it and ask any questions before it is final.

What you do, and what we do

You provide accurate information about yourself and your education, and you make the final choices: which institutions, which courses. We take care of the requirements research, the completion of the form and the final check. If the application includes a Personal Statement or motivation letter, you write it yourself; we can give feedback on your drafts through our Personal Statement help.

Admission decisions are made by the universities, and we cannot guarantee an offer. What we can do is help you send an application that is complete, accurate and consistent.
