Our student visa document preparation service helps you put together a complete document pack for your student visa application, based on the official checklist for your country and university. We explain the official checklist in plain language, help you gather the documents, check your pack for completeness against the official checklist, explain the online form and the appointment booking process and help you practise for your interview. You provide the answers, and you review, sign and submit your application yourself. The service has a fixed price of €150.
What’s included
- Official checklist. The document list for your country and university, taken from the embassy, consulate or immigration authority website and explained in plain language.
- Gathering documents. Help ordering certificates, translations, apostilles, insurance and bank documents.
- Completeness check. A check of your pack against the official checklist: is everything there, legible, translated and correctly formatted?
- Online form. We explain what each question asks and help with the technical side. You provide the answers and review, sign and submit the form yourself.
- Appointment and submission. How to book an appointment at the visa application centre or consulate and what to bring.
- Timelines. Steps and indicative processing times from official sources.
- Interview practice. Rehearsing how to talk about your course, your university and your study plans.
The translation is not notarised and is not a certified translation. If a university or consulate requires a certified translation, we will tell you where to get one.
What this service does not include
Student visa document preparation is practical, organisational help with documents. It has clear limits:
- We do not assess your chances of getting a visa.
- We do not choose a visa route for you.
- We do not decide whether your documents meet the requirements. The completeness check only compares your pack with the official checklist.
- We do not answer the form’s questions for you, and we do not submit the application or represent you before any authority.
- Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, and we cannot guarantee any outcome.

Destinations
We mainly help students going to the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, and also students going to other countries. For every destination, the checklist comes from the official source for that country: the embassy, the consulate or the immigration authority. Procedures differ between countries. In the Netherlands, for example, the university applies to the immigration service (IND) for your student residence permit, if you need one; in that case the document list comes from the university and the IND. For Canada, this service does not cover the study permit application: we help only with choosing an institution and with your enrolment documents. This service covers student visas only, not visas for parents or guardians.

Frequently asked questions
Will you tell me whether my documents are enough for a visa?
No. We check your pack for completeness against the official checklist: is everything there, legible, translated and correctly formatted. Whether your documents meet the requirements is decided by the government authority.
Do you fill in the visa application form for me?
No. We explain what each question asks and help with the technical side. You provide the answers, and you review, sign and submit the form yourself.
Can you help me choose the right visa?
No. We do not choose a visa route for you. If you need professional advice on your case, we can refer you on request to a licensed adviser in your study destination, whose services are provided and charged separately.
Where do your consultants work?
Our consultants work outside the UK. The service covers document preparation only, as described on this page.
How long does it take?
We confirm the timeline before you pay, based on your university deadlines. Official processing times are set by the authorities; we show you the indicative times published by official sources.
Which countries do you help with?
Mainly the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, and also other countries. For Canada, this service does not cover the study permit application: we help only with choosing an institution and with your enrolment documents.
